Tower Red is made from the same base wine as the Homestead Red, but Tower is aged in French Oak instead of American Oak. The French Oak lends it a light hint of chocolate. We recommend taking a sip or two of this wine and then having a couple chocolate chips to bring out the delightful flavor.
